"Our practice had been in the same location for 20 years.  All of the doctors in the area knew us, but they never referred to us.  Chris personally met with all of the doctors and their staff and made sure that they knew exactly what we had to offer and also found out what their specific needs were.  Not just the needs of the doctors, but their staff as well.  Many times the staff makes the decision as to where a patient is to be referred.  It's not just about the quality of care but a lot to do with customer service.  It's about making things easier for the referring offices and their patients.  Mailing out letters and business cards to the doctors in the area just doesn't work.  You need to develop relationships with the doctors and the staff. That's exactly what Chris and Marquis does."
